Signet Of Stamina - Guild Wars Forums

i have checked quite a few skill trainers for this skill but i am unable to find it is it actually in the game? ive checked wiki and it doesnt have a location for it since skill trainers dont have it is there a boss that has it so i can cap it off him?

Yes it is in game, i think it's fairly late tho, i didn't get it until i enetered some random dark place, but just so you know you can always get 1k balthazar faction points and unlock it then buy it anywhere in elona

I assume that's also the place where you can get Flail, huh? Been looking everywhere for it
